Shikaku Daily: delete your data
Shikaku Daily is a puzzle game for Android by HydroZeppelin. This page explains how to have
the information the game holds about you deleted.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hydrozeppelin.games@gmail.com
with the subject "Shikaku Daily: delete my data".
- Include either your player ID or, if you sign in with Google Play Games, your gamer name.
The easiest way to find your player ID is in the game: open Settings and tap the "report a
problem" row (the beetle). The email it opens includes your player ID; you can copy it from
there.
You do not need to give a reason. Requests are completed within 30 days, and you will get a
reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Everything the game's server holds about you:
- your player ID,
- your display name, and
- all of your puzzle times on every leaderboard.
Nothing is kept afterwards. If you play again later, new entries are created from then on.
What the game's server never holds
- Your saved records in Google Play Games (streak, finished days, best times and
settings) are stored in your own Google account, not by the game's developer. You can delete them
in the Play Games app: Settings, then "Delete Play Games account & data", then choose
Shikaku Daily.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play, under Google's own policies.
- Data on your device (progress, settings and downloaded puzzles) is removed
when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android's settings.
